Requesting a quote
Enquiry Process Workflow
Receive and Review Inquiry
Customer submits an inquiry, which is logged and reviewed to understand the requirements.
Contact and Confirm Details
Make contact with the customer to confirm and gather detailed information about the required material.
Send Quote and Receive Acceptance
Prepare and send the quote to the customer. Once the quote is accepted, proceed to the next step.
Process Order and Communicate
If stock is available, inform the customer and arrange delivery. If not, start order processing and keep the customer updated on progress and estimated delivery times.
